Важлива інформація для учасників торгів: Податковий статус: Дана закупівля звільнена від оподаткування ПДВ на підставі підпункту 197.1.3 пункту 197.1 статті 197 Податкового кодексу України та Постанови КМУ № 132. Ціна пропозиції учасника повинна формуватися БЕЗ урахування ПДВ. Конкретизація товару: Учасник в обов'язковому порядку повинен заповнити третій стовпчик Таблиці 1 (Додаток 1 до ТД) із зазначенням конкретної торгової марки, моделі, виробника та точних цифрових (фізичних) значень запропонованого товару. Просте копіювання вимог Замовника або слова "відповідає" не допускаються. Включені витрати: Вартість тендерної пропозиції повинна включати всі витрати на транспортування (доставку за трьома адресами у м. Львові), страхування, навантаження, розвантаження, монтаж, налаштування та безкоштовне навчання відповідальних осіб Замовника. Еквіваленти: Будь-які посилання у тендерній документації або графічних схемах на конкретні марки, типи чи виробників слід читати з виразом «або еквівалент».
