Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe tender concerns a notification system. The buyer's public procurement commission decided to reject the offer of the supplier UAB 'Audiotonas'. The rejection was based on the competition conditions and the Lithuanian Public Procurement Law, namely point 55 of the competition conditions, point 56.1 part 1, and point 56.2, stating that the offer did not meet the requirements set in the procurement documents and was inappropriate, meaning it did not match the procurement object and without essential changes could not satisfy the buyer's needs.
