Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо Учасником, викладаються українською мовою. У разі, якщо документ або інформація, надання яких передбачено цією тендерною документацією, складені іншою мовою, ніж передбачено умовами цієї тендерної документації, у складі тендерної пропозиції надається документ мовою оригіналу з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою. Якщо учасник торгів є нерезидентом України, він може подавати свою тендерну пропозицію іншою мовою з обов’язковим перекладом українською мовою. Тексти повинні бути автентичними, визначальним є текст, викладений українською мовою. Переклад повинен бути здійсненим дипломованим перекладачем (з наданням у складі тендерної пропозиції учасника копій документів, що підтверджують кваліфікацію перекладача) або бюро перекладів. У разі, якщо у змісті тендерної пропозиції зустрічаються торгова марка, загальноприйняті міжнародні терміни, адреси електронної пошти тощо, які неможливо перекласти з іноземної мови та/або з метою збереження їх ідентифікації, допускається їх зазначення без перекладу.
