Przedmiotem zamówienia są dostawy artykułów spożywczych do magazynów organizacji partnerskich: Federacji Polskich Banków Żywności, Caritas Polska, Polskiego Komitetu Pomocy Społecznej, Polskiego Czerwonego Krzyża oraz Kościoła Starokatolickiego w RP w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie na Pomoc Żywnościową 2021-2027 Podprogram 2025. Zadanie częściowe nr 10 - dostawy płatków owsianych do magazynów organizacji partnerskich łącznie w ilości 1 300,950 tony (jeden tysiąc trzysta ton i dziewięćset pięćdziesiąt kilogramów), w tym do magazynów: Federacji Polskich Banków Żywności 644,840 tony (sześćset czterdzieści cztery tony i osiemset czterdzieści kilogramów), Caritas Polska 262,640 tony (dwieście sześćdziesiąt dwie tony i sześćset czterdzieści kilogramów), Polskiego Komitetu Pomocy Społecznej 217,560 tony (dwieście siedemnaście ton i pięćset sześćdziesiąt kilogramów), Polskiego Czerwonego Krzyża 98,980 tony (dziewięćdziesiąt osiem ton i dziewięćset osiemdziesiąt kilogramów), Kościoła Starokatolickiego w RP 76,930 tony (siedemdziesiąt sześć ton i dziewięćset trzydzieści kilogramów).
