Parametry fizyko-chemiczne: • wilgotność maksimum 12,0% • zawartość białka surowego minimum 34,0% • zawartość tłuszczu surowego minimum 1,0% • zawartość włókna surowego maksimum 13,0% Parametry jakościowe: • badanie obecności Salmonelli nieobecna w 25 g Zamawiający wymaga, aby komponenty białkowe, jakim jest śruta sojowa, charakteryzowały się niskim poziomem skażenia beztlenowymi laseczkami przetrwalnikującymi. Wynik badania potwierdzający obecność beztlenowych laseczek przetrwalnikujących w 0,0001 g, które zostanie zlecone przez Zamawiającego będzie skutkował zwrotem zakupionej partii towaru na koszt Sprzedającego. Stawka VAT zgodnie z kategorią pożywienia dla zwierząt, która jest zaklasyfikowana do działów (kodów) nomenklatury scalonej (CN), wymieniona w załączniku nr 10 do ustawy o VAT.
