Zamówienie zostało podzielone na 4 części (zwane dalej również zadaniami), tj.: a) Zadanie nr 1 - dotyczy dostawy urządzeń zabawowych wraz z montażem na terenie działki nr dz. 14/4 (AM-21, obręb Psie Pole - całkowita powierzchnia placu: ok. 180m2) przy ul. Zielnej 4-22, należącej do zasobów TBS Wrocław sp. z o. o. w zakresie zgodnym z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia dla Zadania nr 1 b) Zadanie nr 2 - dotyczy dostawy urządzeń zabawowych wraz z montażem na terenie działki nr dz. 129 (AM-24, obręb Kowale - całkowita powierzchnia placu: ok. 270m2) przy ul. Krzywoustego 91-93a, należącej do zasobów TBS Wrocław sp. z o. o. w zakresie zgodnym z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia dla Zadania nr 2 c) Zadanie nr 3 - dotyczy dostawy urządzeń zabawowych wraz z montażem na terenie działki nr dz. 12/59 (AM-16, obręb Pilczyce) przy ul. Górniczej 24-50, należącej do zasobów TBS Wrocław sp. z o. o. w zakresie zgodnym z Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia dla Zadania nr 3 d) Zadanie nr 4 - dotyczy dostawy urządzeń zabawowych wraz z montażem na terenie działki nr dz. 9/28 (AM-4, obręb Kleczków) przy ul.
