Description

1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup jednego (1) średniego samochodu ratowniczo -gaśniczego dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Łękach Szlacheckich w ramach Programu Priorytetowego „Wzmocnienie gotowości jednostek OSP - zakup samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych”, dofinansowanego ze środków WFOŚiGW w Łodzi. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi - Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, w tym minimalne WYMAGANIA TECHNICZNO - UŻYTKOWE DLA ŚREDNIEGO SAMOCHODU RATOWNICZO-GAŚNICZEGO). Wszystkie wymagania określone w SWZ stanowią minimalne (techniczne i jakościowe) wymagania, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup jednego (1) średniego samochodu ratowniczo -gaśniczego dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Łękach Szlacheckich w ramach Programu Priorytetowego „Wzmocnienie gotowości jednostek OSP - zakup samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych”, dofinansowanego ze środków WFOŚiGW w Łodzi. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi - Załącznik nr 11 do SWZ (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia, w tym minimalne WYMAGANIA TECHNICZNO - UŻYTKOWE DLA ŚREDNIEGO SAMOCHODU RATOWNICZO-GAŚNICZEGO). Wszystkie wymagania określone w SWZ stanowią minimalne (techniczne i jakościowe) wymagania, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia wraz z pojazdami niezbędnych dokumentów, w szczególności:  Dokumentacji technicznej, instrukcji obsługi w języku polskim do podwozia samochodu, zabudowy pożarniczej i zainstalowanych urządzeń i wyposażenia;  Aktualnego świadectwa dopuszczenia do użytkowania w ochronie przeciwpożarowej dla pojazdu, (świadectwo ważne na dzień odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia);  Dokumentacji niezbędnej do zarejestrowania pojazdu jako „samochód specjalny”, wynikającej z ustawy Prawo o ruchu drogowymi, w tym świadectwa homologacji oraz pozostałych wymaganych zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 11 do SWZ; Przedmiotowe zamówienie dotyczy Programu Priorytetowego „Wzmocnienie gotowości jednostek OSP - zakup samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych”, dofinansowanego ze środków Wojewódzkiego Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej w Łodzi.
