Przedmiotem umowy jest zakup nowego średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x2 dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Chełmku. Zamówienie jest współfinansowane ze środków: Gminy Chełmek, Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo-Gaśniczego, Powiatu Oświęcimskiego oraz ze środków własnych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiący załącznik nr 11 do SWZ. Warunki realizacji zamówienia określają odpowiednio: opis przedmiotu zamówienia (załącznik nr 11 do SWZ) oraz projektowane postanowienia umowy - wzór umowy (załącznik nr 10 do SWZ).
