1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa ciężkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z napędem 4x4 dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Okuniewie gm. Halinów. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i jego wymagania zawarto w załączniku nr 9 do SWZ - specyfikacja techniczna. Specyfikację techniczną wraz z uzupełnionymi uwagami i propozycjami Wykonawca jest zobowiązany dołączyć do oferty. 3. Zamówienie musi być realizowane zgodnie z warunkami umowy, której wzór stanowi załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 4. Pojazd zabudowany i wyposażony musi spełniać wymagania: polskich przepisów o ruchu drogowym, z uwzględnieniem wymagań dotyczących pojazdów uprzywilejowanych, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r. - Prawo o ruchu drogowym (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1251 z późn. zm.) wraz z przepisami wykonawczymi. 5. Samochód musi być oznakowany numerami operacyjnymi Państwowej Straży Pożarnej zgodnie z Zarządzeniem nr 1 Komendanta Głównego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej z dnia 24 stycznia 2020 r. w sprawie gospodarki transportowej w jednostkach organizacyjnych Państwowej Straży Pożarnej (Dz. Urz. KG PSP z 2019 r., poz. 5) oraz Zarządzeniem nr 3 Komendanta Głównego Państwowej Straży Pożarnej z dnia 9 marca 2021 r. zmieniającym zarządzenie w sprawie gospodarki transportowej w jednostkach organizacyjnych Państwowej Straży Pożarnej.
