1. Przedmiot zamówienia jest dostawa 2 sztuk samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych z napędem 4x4. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie udzielić na dostarczony sprzęt min. 24 miesięcznej rękojmi oraz gwarancji. W przypadku, gdy gwarancja producenta będzie krótsza od minimalnej wymaganej przez Zamawiającego, jako wiążąca dla Stron będzie gwarancja udzielona przez Wykonawcę. W przypadku zaoferowania przez Wykonawcę gwarancji dłuższej niż minimalna, okres rękojmi będzie równy zaoferowanemu okresowi gwarancji.
