Cały tytuł zamówienia to: Budowa i obsługa stacjonarnego systemu odczytów wodomierzy na terenie miast Ruda Śląska oraz Świętochłowice, z zastosowaniem do transmisji danych technologii Narrowband (NB-IoT lub LTE.CAT.M) działającej w licencjonowanych pasmach radiowych . Z uwagi na ograniczoną liczbę znaków w formularzu www.ezamowienia.gov.pl Zamawiający był zmuszony ograniczyć liczbę znaków w tytule ogłoszenia. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa i obsługa stacjonarnego systemu odczytów wodomierzy (dalej: System) na terenie miasta Ruda Śląska oraz Świętochłowic, z zastosowaniem do transmisji danych technologii Narrowband (NB-IoT lub LTE.CAT.M) działającej w licencjonowanych pasmach radiowych. Celem planowanego zamówienia jest bieżące pozyskiwanie odczytów z wodomierzy, monitorowanie i automatyczna analiza otrzymanych danych, bezpośredni transfer do zintegrowanych systemów Zamawiającego oraz możliwość udostępnienia ich odbiorcom usług. Wykonawca zapewni budowę stacjonarnego systemu odczytów wodomierzy pozwalającego na odbiór danych minimum raz na dobę. System będzie wdrażany sukcesywnie, etapami - szczegóły przedstawiono w opisie zadań. Realizacja poszczególnych zadań będzie wymagała zapewnienia transmisji danych w określonym czasie dla podanej liczby odbiorców. Zamawiający uznał, że przedmiot zamówienia jest przeznaczony do użytku osób fizycznych, w szczególności pracowników Zamawiającego, dlatego w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia uwzględniono wymagania dostępności, o których mowa w art. 100 ustawy Pzp. Szczegółowe określenie zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte jest w Opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ.
