1 Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych dostarczonych przez podmiot odbierający z nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie gminy Trzebiel w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2030 r. 2. Liczba mieszkańców objętych gminnym systemem gospodarki odpadami na dzień 31.07.2026 r. wynosi 4 349 osób. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów jaką należy odebrać z terenu nieruchomości w okresie obowiązywania umowy kształtuje się na następującym poziomie: - 2520 Mg odpadów o kodzie 20 03 01- niesegregowane (zmieszane) odpady komunalne; - 400 Mg odpadów o kodzie 20 02 01- odpady ulegające biodegradacji; - 42 Mg odpadów o kodzie 20 02 01- odpady ulegające biodegradacji (zanieczyszczone); - 90 Mg odpadów o kodzie 15 01 01- opakowania z papieru i tektury; - 6 Mg odpadów o kodzie 15 01 01- opakowania z papieru i tektury (zanieczyszczone); - 800 Mg odpadów o kodzie 15 01 02 - opakowania z tworzyw sztucznych; - 64 Mg odpadów o kodzie 15 01 02 - opakowania z tworzyw sztucznych (zanieczyszczone) - 500 Mg odpadów o kodzie 15 01 07 - opakowania ze szkła; - 52 Mg odpadów o kodzie 15 01 07 - opakowania ze szkła (zanieczyszczone); - 460 Mg odpadów o kodzie 20 03 07 - odpady wielkogabarytowe; 3 Odpady komunalne w celu ich zagospodarowania będą przekazywane sukcesywnie w ilościach zależnych od ilości odpadów wytworzonych na terenie gminy Trzebiel i odebranych przez podmiot świadczący usługę odbioru odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Trzebiel. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do przyjęcia odpadów komunalnych w dni robocze od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 6:00 - 21:00 za wyjątkiem dni ustawowo wolnych od pracy.
