1.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa usługa zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych niebezpiecznych polegająca na: 1) przejęciu danej frakcji odpadów komunalnych niebezpiecznych pochodzących z PSZOK przez wykonawcę od podmiotu działającego w imieniu i na rzecz Zamawiającego, 2) transporcie danej frakcji odpadów komunalnych niebezpiecznych (stosownie do sposobu realizacji zamówienia), 3) przetworzeniu przyjętych odpadów komunalnych niebezpiecznych w procesach odzysku (R) i/lub unieszkodliwiania (D), w zapewnionym przez wykonawcę miejscu zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych , - zwana dalej łącznie, wraz z wszystkimi powiązanymi usługami i obowiązkami, „usługą zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych niebezpiecznych. Zamówienie dotyczy usługi zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych niebezpiecznych obejmujących odpady o kodach: 15 01 10*, 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 17*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 29*, 20 01 30 i 20 01 80. Szacowana maksymalna wielkość strumienia ww. odpadów (w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego) : a). odpady komunalne niebezpieczne - 10,00 Mg;
