Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na przyjęciu do zagospodarowania następujących rodzajów odpadów: a) Niesegregowane (zmieszane) odpady komunalne o kodzie 20 03 01; b) Odpady papieru i tektury o kodzie 15 01 01; c) Odpady metali, tworzyw sztucznych i odpadów z opakowań wielomateriałowych o kodzie 15 01 02; d) Odpady szkła o kodzie15 01 07; e) Odpady kuchenne ulegające biodegradacji o kodzie 20 01 08, f) Odpady ulegające biodegradacji o kodzie 20 02 01 Szacowana masa odpadów przewidziana do zagospodarowania odpadów wynosi 1 160 Mg Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zamówienia ilości mniejszych niż określono w przedmiocie zamówienia z tym zastrzeżeniem, że zobowiązuje się do wykonania co najmniej 60% wartości umowy. W przypadku wystąpienia takiej sytuacji Wykonawcy nie przysługują wobec Zamawiającego z tego tytułu żadne roszczenia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i jego zakres został określony w załącznikach do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia (SWZ) tj.: - w załączniku nr 3 „Opis Przedmiot Zamówienia” - w załączniku nr 4 „Projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do treści tej umowy
