Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odebranych przez Wykonawcę od Zamawiającego odpadów o kodzie 19 05 99 (frakcja 20-80 mm) - inne nie wymienione odpady (stabilizat). Odpad powstający w wyniku przesiewania stabilizatu za pomocą przesiewacza bębnowego o oczku sita 20 mm. Odpady o kodzie 19 05 99 przygotowane mają postać ,,luzem”. Zagospodarowanie przedmiotowego odpadu musi być zgodne z zapisami rozporządzenia Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 28 grudnia 2022 r. w sprawie mechaniczno-biologicznego przetwarzania niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych, tj. unieszkodliwiany przez składowanie na składowiskach odpadów innych niż niebezpieczne i obojętne albo termicznie przekształcany
