1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa soli drogowej luzem do magazynu Zamawiającego znajdującego się w Wałbrzychu w ilości 2000 Mg w sezonie zimowym 2026/2027. Sól drogowa musi spełniać wymogi zarządzenia 31 Generalnego Dyrektora Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad z dnia 05 września 2017 roku oraz posiadać pozytywną Opinię Techniczną IBDiM oraz Atest Higieniczny PZH. Zamawiający gwarantuje zakup minimum 2000 ton w ramach obowiązywania umowy.
