1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru i składowania odpadów komunalnych z pojemników Zamawiającego oraz mycia pojemników na odpady z terenów administrowanych przez 33. Bazę Lotnictwa Transportowego. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych, z zastrzeżeniem, że oferta musi obejmować cały przedmiot zamówienia w ramach wybranego zadania. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych na dowolną liczbę zadań, z uwzględnieniem podziału zakresu zamówienia na 3 zadania: Zadanie nr 1 - Świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru i składowania odpadów komunalnych z pojemników Zamawiającego oraz mycia pojemników na odpady z terenów administrowanych przez 33. Bazę Lotnictwa Transportowego w miejscowościach: Powidz, Witkowo, Przybrodzin, Ruchocinek, Kleczew oraz Konin (MOSiR teren ćwiczeń wojskowych). - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2A do SWZ (formularz cenowy). Zadanie nr 2 - Świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru i składowania odpadów komunalnych z pojemników dostarczonych przez Wykonawcę z terenów administrowanych przez 33. Bazę Lotnictwa Transportowego w miejscowości: Jarocin. - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2B do SWZ (formularz cenowy). Wykonawca musi posiadać aktualne uprawnienia na transport odpadów- zaświadczenie o posiadaniu wpisu do Rejestru BDO. Nr tego wpisu należy wskazać w formularzu ofertowym (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ). 4. Wykonawca z chwilą odbioru odpadów od Zamawiającego staje się posiadaczem odpadów i ciąży na nim obowiązek dalszego gospodarowania zgodnie z wszelkimi obowiązującymi przepisami w tym zakresie. Zamawiający z chwilą przekazania odpadów Wykonawcy pozbywa się odpowiedzialności za dalsze gospodarowanie tymi odpadami. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2A do SWZ (formularz cenowy).; Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2B do SWZ (formularz cenowy).; Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 2C do SWZ (formularz cenowy).
