Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór, transport oraz zagospodarowanie odpadów kodzie 19 12 12 powstałych po wstępnym rozdrobnieniu odpadów wielkogabarytowych z Instalacji Komunalnej w Gwiazdowie, gm. Sławno szacowanej ilości 2 000,00 Mg 1. Szczegółowy opis, zakres i warunki przedmiotu zamówienia wymagane przez Zamawiającego składającego się na przedmiot usługi oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Wspólny Słownik Zamówień (CPV): 90500000-2 - usługi związane z odpadami; 90512000-9 - usługi transportu odpadów. 4. Rodzaj zamówienia: usługi 5. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo zmiany ilości odpadów podanych w OPZ oraz SWZ. Ilość odpadów może się zmniejszyć lub zwiększyć, stosownie do potrzeb Zamawiającego. Zmiana ilości odpadów powoduje zmianę ostatecznego wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy. Niezrealizowanie całego zakresu zamówienia nie może rodzić po stronie Wykonawcy w stosunku do Zamawiającego żadnych roszczeń. 6. Odpady przekazywane do zagospodarowania będą transportowane przez Wykonawcę na jego koszt. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do odbioru od Zamawiającego odpadów, w dni robocze w godzinach 7:00 - 12:00, są to godziny pracy Instalacji Komunalnej w Gwiazdowie.
