1. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zorganizować i prowadzić odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych wytwarzanych na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych zgodnie z powszechnie obowiązującymi przepisami prawa w tym zakresie, prawem miejscowym oraz z zapisami niniejszego OPZ. Usługa obejmuje około 4 330 gospodarstw domowych w zabudowie zagrodowej i jednorodzinnej, zamieszkiwanych przez około 11 000 mieszkańców oraz około 22 700 budynków wielolokalowych, w których zamieszkuje około 23 000 mieszkańców. Liczba obsługiwanych nieruchomości w zakresie odbioru odpadów komunalnych może ulec zarówno zwiększeniu jak i zmniejszeniu o maksymalnie 10%. Zmiana taka nie będzie stanowić podstawy zmiany umowy bądź wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy. 2. W okresie od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach 6.00-22.00 Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do odbioru następujących rodzajów odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości - bezpośrednio z posesji: 1) zmieszane odpady komunalne; 2) selektywnie zebrane odpady komunalne (tj.: papier i tektura, metale, szkło, tworzywa sztuczne, popiół, opakowania wielomateriałowe), bioodpady w tym choinki odbierane w okresie poświątecznym; 3) odpady wielkogabarytowe; z częstotliwością: 1) zabudowa jednorodzinna: A. zmieszane odpady komunalne - co dwa tygodnie; B. selektywnie zbierane odpady komunalne: • w terminie od kwietnia do października - co dwa tygodnie, • w terminie od listopada do marca - co cztery tygodnie; • popiół w terminie od października do maja - raz w miesiącu; C. meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe - raz na kwartał zgodnie z ustalonym z przedsiębiorcą odbierającym odpady harmonogramem. Zamiar przekazania odpadów do odbioru sprzed posesji, altany mieszkaniec zgłasza telefonicznie minimum dzień przed planowanym w harmonogramie odbiorem; 2) zabudowa wielorodzinna: A. zmieszane odpady komunalne - trzy razy w tygodniu; B. selektywnie zbierane odpady komunalne: a) w terminie od kwietnia do października - trzy razy w tygodniu, b) w terminie od listopada do marca - dwa razy w tygodniu, c) popiół w terminie od października do maja - raz w miesiącu; C. meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe - raz w miesiącu.
