Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: a) Odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych stałych ze wszystkich nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Kawęczyn, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w Kawęczynie - PSZOK (Kawęczyn 41 a, 62-704 Kawęczyn) do Zakładu Unieszkodliwiania Odpadów Komunalnych „Orli Staw”, Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków (ZUOK „Orli Staw”). Odbiór i transport odpadów ma zapewnić osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego zużycia i odzysku oraz ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazanych do składowania, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, zapisami Wojewódzkiego Planu Gospodarki Odpadami dla Województwa Wielkopolskiego oraz przepisami Regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Kawęczyn i jego zmianami. b) Wyposażenie właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych w urządzenia do gromadzenie odpadów. • wyposażeniu nieruchomości zamieszkałych w pojemniki na odpady zmieszane zgodnie z zapisami rozdz. III ust.3 pkt. 1) lit b) (OPZ) • wyposażeniu nieruchomości zamieszkałych w pojemniki na popiół - zgodnie z zapisami rozdz. III ust.3 pkt. pkt 1) lit c), • wyposażeniu nieruchomości zamieszkałych w worki do selektywnej zbiórki odpadów zgodnie z zapisami rozdz. III ust 3 pkt 1) lit a), z wyłączeniem odpadów: szkła opakowaniowego i odpadów ulegających biodegradacji „BIO” • W przypadku zgłoszenia przez Zamawiającego nowej nieruchomości Wykonawca ma obowiązek dostarczenia pojemników oraz worków wymienionych w części II pkt 2 ppkt od 1 do 3 (OPZ) w terminie maksymalnie do 5 dni roboczych. 2. Zamówienie nie obejmuje odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ.
