Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie poprzez odzysk lub unieszkodliwienie odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych oraz odpadów segregowanych pochodzących z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Kampinos, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a także z punktu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych (zwanego dalej PSZOK) zlokalizowanym w miejscowości Kampinos A koło oczyszczalni ścieków oraz z punktu zbiórki przeterminowanych leków i punktu zbiórki zużytych baterii , w sposób: 1) zapewniający osiągnięcie wymaganych poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu, poziomów składowania odpadów komunalnych i odpadów pochodzących z przetwarzania odpadów komunalnych, poziomów ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania ( w zakresie odpadów odebranych w ramach umowy) zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 733 z późn. zm.) oraz aktualnie obowiązującymi aktami wykonawczymi do tej ustawy, w tym w szczególności: ▪ rozporządzeniem z dnia 3 sierpnia 2021 r. Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska w sprawie sposobu obliczania poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych (Dz.U. z 2021 r. poz. 1530) ▪ rozporządzeniem Ministra Środowiska z dnia 15 grudnia 2017 r. w sprawie poziomów ograniczania składowania masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji (Dz. U. z 2017 r., poz. 2412) 2) zgodny z zapisami obowiązującego Wojewódzkiego Planu Gospodarki Odpadami, przyjętego uchwałą Sejmiku Województwa Mazowieckiego nr 9/25 z dnia 25 lutego 2025 r. w sprawie uchwalenia Planu gospodarki odpadami dla województwa mazowieckiego 2030 zwanym dalej PGO oraz zgodny z obowiązującym w czasie trwania umowy Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Kampinos. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz pozostałe szczegóły dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały opisane w załącznikach Nr 10, 11, 12 oraz 13 do SWZ
