4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości położonych w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Siedliszcze w roku 2027; 4.2. Szacowana masa ogółem odpadów do odebrania wynosi: 955,03 Mg 4.3. Realizacja zamówienia musi zapewniać osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t.j. Dz.U. z 2024 r. poz. 399), zapisami Rozporządzenia Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 10 maja 2021 r. w sprawie sposobu selektywnego zbierania wybranych frakcji odpadów (tj. Dz.U. z 2021 r. poz. 906 z późn. zm.), wytycznymi Planu Gospodarki Odpadami dla Województwa Lubelskiego oraz przepisami Regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Siedliszcze. Przedmiot zamówienia szczegółowo określa Opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz Projekt umowy - jako załączniki do SWZ 4.1. Przedmiot zamówienia we Wspólnym Słowniku Zamówień (CPV) określony jest kodami: 4.1.1 90500000-2 Usługi związane z odpadami; 4.1.2 90511000-2 - Usługi wywozu odpadów; 4.1.3 90512000-9 - Usługi transportu odpadów; 4.1.4 90513100-7 - Usługi wywozu odpadów pochodzących z gospodarstw domowych; 4.1.5 90533000-2 - Usługi gospodarki odpadami.
