Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie (odzysk lub unieszkodliwianie) całego strumienia odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Osiek w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia papieru, metali, tworzyw sztucznych i szkła, osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów składowania oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. z 2025 r., poz. 773) oraz przepisami wykonawczymi do ww. ustawy. Wykonawca w ramach świadczenia usługi zobowiązany jest do zorganizowania i prowadzenia na terenie Gminy Osiek lub w odległości nie większej niż 20 km od granic administracyjnych gminy stacjonarnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK). Realizacja usługi będzie prowadzona zgodnie z obowiązującymi aktami prawa miejscowego wydanymi na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. z 2025 r., poz. 773), w tym m. in. Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Osiek oraz uchwałą w sprawie szczegółowego sposobu i zakresu świadczenia usług w zakresie odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości z terenu Gminy Osiek i zagospodarowania tych odpadów w zamian za uiszczoną przez właścicieli nieruchomości opłatę za gospodarowanie odpadami komunalnymi. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany ww. uchwał w zakresie koniecznym do dostosowania ich zapisów do obowiązujących przepisów prawa. - szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, który zwany jest dalej „OPZ”.
