Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych z terenu Gminy Bolesławiec w następujących miejscowościach: Bolesławice, Bożejowice, Brzeźnik, Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka, Dobra, Chościszowice, Golnice, Krępnica, Kozłów, Kraszowice, Kraśnik Dolny, Kraśnik Górny, Kruszyn, Łaziska, Łąka, Lipiany, Mierzwin, Nowa, Nowa Wieś, Nowe Jaroszowice, Ocice, Otok, Parkoszów, Pstrąże, Rakowice, Stara Oleszna, Stare Jaroszowice, Suszki, Trzebień Mały, Trzebień, Żeliszów. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.01.2027r. do 31.12.2027r. Dla potrzeb złożenia oferty Zamawiający szacuje następujące ilości odpadów objętych zamówieniem (Mg): 1) Niesegregowane (zmieszane) odpady komunalne 3600,00Mg, 2) papier 180,00Mg, 3) Zbierane łącznie tworzywa sztuczne, metale i opakowania wielomateriałowe 400,00Mg, 4) szkło 400,00Mg, 5) bioodpady 2125,00Mg, 6) odpady niebezpieczne 0,50 Mg, 7) przeterminowane leki i chemikalia 0,05Mg, 8) odpady niekwalifikujące się do odpadów medycznych powstałych w gospodarstwie domowym w wyniku przyjmowania produktów leczniczych w formie iniekcji i prowadzenia monitoringu poziomu substancji we krwi, w szczególności igły i strzykawki 0,05Mg, 9) zużyte baterie i akumulatory 0,05Mg, 10) zużyty sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny 40,00Mg, 11) meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe 450,00Mg, 12) zużyte opony 140,00Mg, 13) odpady budowlane i rozbiórkowe 200,00Mg, 14) tekstylia i odzież 150,00Mg.
