Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych zbieranych selektywnie i odpadów komunalnych niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) z nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie gminy Waśniów oraz odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych zbieranych selektywnie w ramach punktu selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych (PSZOK) zlokalizowanego na terenie oczyszczalni ścieków w msc. Pękosławice, w okresie od dnia 1 stycznia 2027 roku do dnia 31 grudnia 2028 roku, z zastrzeżeniem zdania następnego. W przypadku, gdy zawarcie umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego nie będzie możliwe w terminie do dnia 1 stycznia 2027 roku, w szczególności z uwagi na przedłużającą się procedurę udzielenia zamówienia publicznego, świadczenie usług odbioru i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych rozpocznie się z pierwszym dniem, w którym będzie możliwe zawarcie umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, zgodnie z art. 264 ust. 1 i ust. 2 Pzp, przy uwzględnieniu art. 577 Pzp. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ - „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 3. Warunki realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - „Projektowane postanowienia umowne”.
