Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Świecie nad Osą od dnia 1 stycznia 2027 roku do dnia 31 grudnia 2027 roku. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje: a) odbieranie stałych odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Świecie nad Osą oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK), b) zagospodarowanie stałych odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Świecie nad Osą oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK), c) dostarczanie właścicielom nieruchomości w ramach przedmiotu zamówienia pojemników do zbiórki odpadów w odpowiednim kolorze, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami. Przekazywane pojemniki powinny być nowe lub używane, ale nie uszkodzone, czyste i estetyczne, d) sporządzenie i dystrybucja wśród właścicieli nieruchomości harmonogramu wywozu odpadów.
