Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywne wykonywanie usługi polegającej na odbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Brenna od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami. Minimalne, gwarantowane ilości odpadów do odbioru i zagospodarowania z podziałem na frakcje wynoszą: a) niesegregowane (zmieszane) odpady komunalne - 1057,00 Mg b) segregowane odpady komunalne- 519,00 Mg w tym: papier, szkło, tworzywa sztuczne i metale, za wyjątkiem odzieży i tekstyliów) c) popiół - 194,00 Mg d) bioodpady stanowiące odpad komunalny - 428,00 Mg e) odpady wielkogabarytowe wraz ze zużytym sprzętem elektrycznym i elektronicznym oraz oponami - 221,00 Mg f) przeterminowane lekarstwa - 1 Mg. 1. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 2 do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
