1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Wąwolnica oraz dostarczonych do Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733), Wojewódzkim Planem Gospodarki Odpadami, z „Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Wąwolnica” określonym uchwałą Rady Gminy Wąwolnica Nr XXX/228/22 Rady Gminy Wąwolnica z dnia 17 marca 2022 r. zmienionym Uchwałą nr II.13.24 Rady Gminy Wąwolnica z dnia 16 maja 2024 r. w sprawie zmiany uchwały w sprawie uchwalenia „Regulaminy utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Wąwolnica”. 2. Odbiór odpadów powinien odbywać się w sposób umożliwiający osiągnięcie na obszarze Gminy Wąwolnica poziomów recyklingu do ponownego użycia i odzysku frakcji odpadów obejmujących papier, metale, tworzywa sztuczne i szkło wyliczonych zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 3 sierpnia 2021 r. w sprawie sposobu obliczania poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1530 z późn. zm.), oraz ograniczeniu masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazanych do składowania zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Ministra Środowiska z dnia 25 maja 2012 r. w sprawie poziomów ograniczenia składowania masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji (Dz. U. z 2017 r., poz. 2412). 3. Przewidywana ilość odebranych oraz zagospodarowanych odpadów tj. ilość Mg odpadów, jaką Wykonawca zobowiązany jest odebrać w okresie realizacji zamówienia wyniesie 946,7870 Mg (zakres podstawowy). 4. Stosownie do treści art. 433 pkt. 4) ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający informuje, że minimalna wartość świadczenia dla zakresu podstawowego wynosi 70% wynagrodzenia umownego brutto wskazanego w § 8 ust. 4 pkt 1) Projektu umowy. 5. Zakres i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania jakościowe szczegółowo określa Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (SOPZ) - Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ oraz Projekt umowy stanowiący Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ.
