Zamawiający zgodnie z art.91 ust.1 ustawy Pzp dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych z podziałem na 2 części., jak poniżej: Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych na terenie Radlina z podziałem na części: „Część 1): „Odbieranie i zagospodarowania stałych odpadów komunalnych, z nieruchomości na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz nieruchomości niezamieszkałych wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Miasta Radlin oraz budynków będących w posiadaniu Urzędu Miasta Radlin.” Część 2): „Świadczenie usługi odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Radlinie”. Szczegółowy zakres i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 1.1;1.2;.do SWZ - szczegółowe opisy przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) dla każdej z części oraz Projekt umowy dla każdej z części stanowiące załącznik nr 2.1;2.2. „Część 1): „Odbieranie i zagospodarowania stałych odpadów komunalnych, z nieruchomości na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz nieruchomości niezamieszkałych wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Miasta Radlin oraz budynków będących w posiadaniu Urzędu Miasta Radlin.” W zadaniu 1 (w ramach części 1) szacunkowa ilość odpadów w okresie realizacji zamówienia to 6.250,000 Mg, natomiast w zadaniu 2 (w ramach części 1) to 90,2 metra sześciennego niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych oraz 25 metrów sześciennych odpadów wielkogabarytowych. Szczegółowy zakres i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik Nr 1.1. do SWZ, jak i Projekt umowy - Załącznik nr 2.1. do SWZ w zakresie części 1; „Świadczenie usługi odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Radlinie”. Szacunkowa ilość odpadów w okresie realizacji to 1.200,000 Mg. Szczegółowy zakres i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik Nr 1.2 do SWZ, jak i Projekt umowy - Załącznik nr 2.2. do SWZ w zakresie części 2
