4.4. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstałych i odebranych ze wszystkich nieruchomości położonych na terenie Miasta Łuków, 2) czterokrotnie w ciągu roku tj. jeden raz na kwartał, przeprowadzenie akcji promujących odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów wielkogabarytowych, elektroodpadów, odzieży i tekstyliów. 3) likwidacja dzikich wysypisk z terenu Miasta Łuków, w terminach wskazanych przez Zamawiającego. 4) organizacja i prowadzenie Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) na terenie Miasta Łuków wraz z zagospodarowaniem zebranych odpadów, 5) odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych zebranych w toku oraz po imprezach masowych i okolicznościowych wskazanych przez zamawiającego, 6) Wykonawca w ramach świadczenia usługi na odbiór odpadów komunalnych wyposaży nieruchomości w worki do zbierania odpadów selektywnie zebranych w kolorach określonych w regulaminie utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Miasta Łuków (na zasadzie „worek za worek”) niezbędnych do należytego funkcjonowania systemu gospodarki odpadami. 4.5. Powierzchnia Miasta Łuków wynosi 35,75 km2 (3575 ha). Liczba ludności miasta na dzień 31.12.2024 r. to 27 094 mieszkańców. Miasto Łuków charakteryzuje się ujemnym wskaźnikiem przyrostu ludności. 4.6. Po przeanalizowaniu nieruchomości Miasta Łuków szacunkowa liczba osób zamieszkałych na dzień 31 grudnia 2025 roku wyniosła 25 392 osób, z tego ok. 46% zamieszkuje w zabudowie jednorodzinnej, pozostałe ok. 54% mieszkańców zamieszkałych jest w zabudowie wielorodzinnej. 4.7. Ilość nieruchomości: 1) szacunkowa liczba nieruchomości jednorodzinnych zamieszkałych ok. 4 250, 2) liczba zabudowy wielorodzinnej ok. 183 bloków, 3) szacunkowa liczba nieruchomości, na których nie zamieszkują mieszkańcy, a powstają odpady komunalne wynosi ok. 850. 4.8. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załączniku nr 1 do specyfikacji warunków zamówienia.
