Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie stałych odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie gminy Barcin oraz nieruchomości niezamieszkałych należących do Gminy Barcin w następujących częściach: Część I - odbieranie i zagospodarowanie stałych odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie gminy Barcin, Część II - odbieranie i zagospodarowanie stałych odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości niezamieszkałych należących do Gminy Barcin - odbieranie i zagospodarowanie stałych odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych, położonych na terenie Gminy Barcin, - zbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych nagromadzonych w stacjonarnym Punkcie Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, - prowadzenie na terenie Gminy Barcin stacjonarnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych lub w przypadku braku jego utworzenie i prowadzenie, - odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów segregowanych nagromadzonych w czterech pojemnikach typu Nexus 360: dwa pojemniki przeznaczone do gromadzenia metali i tworzyw sztucznych i dwa pojemniki do gromadzenia szkła, ustawionych w Parku Wolności w Barcinie, - odbiór i zagospodarowanie przeterminowanych leków nagromadzonych w specjalistycznych pojemnikach umieszczonych na terenie aptek, położonych na terenie Gminy Barcin oraz w budynku ośrodka zdrowia znajdującego się w Barcinie oraz w Piechcinie, - odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych w postaci zużytych baterii oraz drobnych elektroodpadów nagromadzonych w specjalistycznych pojemnikach ustawionych na terenie Gminy Barcin, - wyposażenie w specjalistyczne pojemniki przeznaczone do gromadzenia odpadów komunalnych wskazanych dodatkowych miejsc, które powstaną w trakcie obowiązywania niniejszej umowy oraz wywóz i zagospodarowanie tych odpadów.; 1. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do wywozu odpadów z nieruchomości gminnych niezamieszkałych. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: 1) dostarczenia Zamawiającemu pojemników sprawnych technicznie, 2) systematycznego opróżniania pojemników wg częstotliwości, 3) do usunięcia wszystkich nagromadzonych odpadów, w przypadku nagromadzenia odpadów wokół pojemnika, 4) oczyszczania miejsca, które zostało zanieczyszczone z powodu załadunku nieczystości do samochodu.
