Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych przez okres 1 roku (12 miesięcy), wskazanych w SWZ od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych, na których powstają odpady komunalne z terenu Gminy Imielno z miejscowości: Borszowice, Motkowice, Stawy, Wygoda, Imielno, Jakubów, Dalechowy, Dzierszyn, Imielnica, Sobowice, Karczunek, Rajchotka, Helenówka, Bełk, Zegartowice, Mierzwin, Grudzyny, Opatkowice Drewniane, Opatkowice Murowane, Opatkowice Pojałowskie, Opatkowice Cysterskie, Kawęczyn, jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy, obiektów użyteczności publicznej stanowiącej mienie komunalne należące do gminy oraz odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów z Gminnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w Imielnie. Gmina Imielno zajmuje powierzchnię 10097 ha w której wg złożonych deklaracji o wysokości opłaty za gospodarowanie odpadami zamieszkuje 3629 mieszkańców w 1308 nieruchomościach. Na terenie Gminy Imielno funkcjonuje 9 jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy. Usługa będzie polegała na odbiorze zgromadzonych w sposób selektywny jak i zmieszany odpadów komunalnych w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów ulegających biodegradacji przekazanych do składowania zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 13 września 1996 roku o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, zapisami obowiązującego w czasie trwania umowy Wojewódzkiego Planu Gospodarki Odpadami, oraz zgodnie z obowiązującym w czasie trwania umowy Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Imielno.
