1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie całej masy wytworzonych odpadów komunalnych zarówno zmieszanych jak i gromadzonych w sposób selektywny od właścicieli: 1) nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy; 2) nieruchomości na której znajduje się domek letniskowy, lub innej nieruchomości wykorzystywanej na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe; z terenu gminy Puszcza Mariańska oraz ich zagospodarowanie (poddanie odzyskowi oraz unieszkodliwianiu) w okresie 12 miesięcy, nie wcześniej jednak niż od dnia 3 stycznia 2026 r. lub do wyczerpania maksymalnej wartości umowy, określonej w Załączniku nr 6 do SWZ „Wzór umowy” w §6. 2. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach określonych w szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ oraz we wzorze umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
