Description

Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje świadczenie: Likwidacja dzikich wysypisk wraz z oczyszczeniem i uporządkowaniem terenów gminnych w Szczecinie zarządzanych przez Zarząd Budynków i Lokali Komunalnych. 2. W ramach realizacji przedmiotu umowy Wykonawca będzie realizował usługę polegającą w szczególności na: 1) dojeździe do wskazanego przez przedstawiciela Zamawiającego miejsca, 2) usunięcie ze wskazanego przez Zamawiającego miejsca - odpadów komunalnych w tym: odpadów poremontowych, odpadów zielonych, odpadów stanowiących pozostałości po sprzęcie elektrycznym i elektronicznym, części po pojazdach samochodowych itp. 3) posprzątaniu wskazanego przez przedstawiciela Zamawiającego terenu z porozrzucanych odpadów, 4) wywozu sprzątniętych odpadów do miejsca ich unieszkodliwienia, odzysku lub regionalnych stacji przetwarzania, 5) wykonawca zobowiązany będzie uzyskać poświadczenie ilościowe z przyjęcia odpadów w miejscu ich unieszkodliwienia, odzysku lub instalacji przetwarzania odpadów - zgodnie z hierarchią postępowania z odpadami, 6) rozładunku odpadów w miejscu przeznaczenia, 7) sporządzeniu dokumentacji fotograficznej (zdjęć cyfrowych) po wykonaniu uporządkowania terenu i przekazanie jej przedstawicielowi Zamawiającego, 8) poinformowaniu upoważnionego przedstawiciela zamawiającego o wykonaniu usługi, w celu umożliwienia wykonania czynności kontrolnych i uzyskania potwierdzenia prawidłowości wykonania usługi.
