Description

1) Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi: Świadczenie usług w zakresie odbioru odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Świdwin. 2) Zamawiający wymaga aby Wykonawca świadczył usługi wywozu odpadów komunalnych pojazdami w minimalnej ilości 5 szt. przy czym co najmniej jeden z pojazdów kategorii N2 i N3 świadczących te usługi musi być pojazdem napędzanym paliwami alternatywnymi - wymóg wynikający z ustawy z dnia 11 stycznia 2018 r. o elektromobilności i paliwach alternatywnych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2024 r., poz. 1289 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają: - opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e do SWZ, - projektowane postanowienia umowy - załącznik nr 12 do SWZ. Wszystkie wymagania określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp.
