Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie nieruchomości Gminy Annopol, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, ich dostarczenia do wskazanej przez siebie Instalacji Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych (IPOK) oraz odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów pochodzących z Punktu Selektywnego Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w Annopolu. W okresie od 1.07.2026 r. do 30.06.2028 r., według zasad ustalonych w uchwałach Rady Miejskiej w Annopolu. Szczegółowe określenie przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte zostało w dokumencie pn. „Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ)”, stanowiącym zał. nr 9 do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi odbioru, transportu i zagospodarowania odpadów komunalnych powstających na terenie nieruchomości Gminy Annopol, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, ich dostarczenia do wskazanej przez siebie Instalacji Przetwarzania Odpadów Komunalnych (IPOK) oraz odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów pochodzących z Punktu Selektywnego Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w Annopolu.
