Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wdrożenie, konfiguracja oraz dostosowanie platformy partycypacyjnej opartej na oprogramowaniu open-source dla Lasów Państwowych. Głównym celem jest stworzenie centralnego narzędzia do prowadzenia konsultacji społecznych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem Planów Urządzenia Lasu (PUL) oraz wsparcia pracy Zespołów Lokalnej Współpracy (ZLW). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji i odbioru określają: 1) opis przedmiotu zamówienia - Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, 2) projektowane postanowienia umowy - Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ
