1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa subskrypcji oprogramowania Workspace ONE, w tym pomocy zdalnej Assist, dla wdrożonego i utrzymywanego w PGL LP centralnego Systemu EMM (lub klasy wyższej) w liczbie 14436 służącego do zarządzania urządzeniami mobilnymi, z zachowaniem posiadanych funkcjonalności i bazy danych, ważnych w okresie od 29.12.2026 do 28.12.2029 roku (aktywne przez co najmniej 36 miesięcy) wraz ze świadczeniem usług wsparcia Producenta oraz Wykonawcy. 2. Zamówienie fakultatywne: Zamawiający w okresie obowiązywania Umowy może zlecić wykonawcy realizację prac rozwojowych systemu w maksymalnym łącznym wymiarze 200 roboczogodzin. Prace rozwojowe mogą obejmować szkolenia, warsztaty. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarto w Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ - Istotne postanowienia umowy.
