Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi wsparcia urządzeń IT Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) na potrzeby Małopolskiego Oddziału Wojewódzkiego Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia w Krakowie, w tym w szczególności zapewnienie: a) świadczenia usług wsparcia technicznego urządzeń IT HPE wyspecyfikowanych w punkcie V załącznika nr 1 do SWZ, na zasadach określonych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ, b) wsparcia merytorycznego w liczbie co najmniej 25 dni roboczych wsparcia merytorycznego na zasadach określonych w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ.
