Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi serwisu pogwarancyjnego dla macierzy Hitachi obejmujące : 1) w zakresie zamówienia podstawowego: a) usuwanie Błędu Sprzętu lub Oprogramowania Standardowego, zgodnie z postanowieniami pkt. III ust. 4 Tomu III SWZ OPZ; b) obsługa Zgłoszeń Serwisowych, zgodnie z pkt. III ust. 5 Tomu III SWZ OPZ; c) diagnostykę Sprzętu i Oprogramowania Standardowego w zakresie poprawnej pracy poszczególnych funkcjonalności; d) wykonanie corocznego Serwisu Prewencyjnego Sprzętu i Oprogramowania Standardowego; e) aktualizację Oprogramowania Standardowego do zalecanej przez producenta Sprzętu wersji, w terminie do 14 dni od dnia przesłania przez Zamawiającego zgłoszenia, którego wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 4 do Tomu II SWZ PPU. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie możliwość wydłużenia ww. terminu, o czym poinformuje Wykonawcę w formularzu Zgłoszenia Serwisowego; f) zapewnienie dostępu do dedykowanej dla Oprogramowania Standardowego strony internetowej, umożliwiającej Zamawiającemu samodzielne pobieranie aktualnych wersji Oprogramowania Standardowego. 2) w zakresie zamówienia objętego opcją: a) usuwanie Błędu Sprzętu lub Oprogramowania Standardowego, zgodnie z postanowieniami pkt. III ust. 4 Tomu III SWZ OPZ; b) obsługa Zgłoszeń Serwisowych, zgodnie z postanowieniami pkt. III ust. 5 Tomu III SWZ OPZ; c) diagnostykę Sprzętu i Oprogramowania Standardowego w zakresie poprawnej pracy poszczególnych funkcjonalności; d) wykonanie corocznego Serwisu Prewencyjnego Sprzętu i Oprogramowania Standardowego; e) aktualizację Oprogramowania Standardowego do zalecanej przez producenta Sprzętu wersji, w terminie do 14 dni od dnia przesłania przez Zamawiającego zgłoszenia, którego wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 4 do Tomu II SWZ PPU.
