1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego: 1) usług utrzymaniowych infrastruktury sprzętowej Podsystemu Zintegrowanej Łączności, zwanej dalej „PZŁ” dla Systemu Teleinformatycznego Centrów Powiadamiania Ratunkowego, zwanego dalej „ST CPR”; 2) usług rekonfiguracyjnych dla infrastruktury sprzętowej PZŁ dla ST CPR. 2. Przedmiot Umowy należy zrealizować zgodnie z projektem Umowy (załącznik nr 1 do SWZ), w tym z Opisem Przedmiotu Zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 do Umowy.
