Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi wsparcia technicznego i rozwoju w zakresie posiadanego przez Zamawiającego Środowiska Pracy Grupowej Microsoft 365. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na dwie części (Zadanie 1 oraz Zadanie 2). Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość złożenia oferty przez Wykonawcę wyłącznie na jedną część. Wykonawca składa ofertę na jedną część (Zadanie 1 albo Zadanie 2) według swojego wyboru. Złożenie przez Wykonawcę ofert na obydwa zadania spowoduje ich odrzucenie jako niezgodnych z SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga, aby Wykonawca (zarówno składający ofertę na Część 1 jak i na Część 2) posiadał na dzień składania oferty status Microsoft Solutions Partner Designation w co najmniej następujących obszarach: 1) Solutions Partner for Modern Work 2) Solutions Partner for Security 3) Solutions Partner for Data & AI 4) Solutions Partner for Digital & App Innovation Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług wsparcia technicznego a także usług rozwoju w ramach Środowiska Pracy Grupowej Microsoft 365. Przedmiot zamówienia składa się z zakresu podstawowego i zakresu opcjonalnego. Szczegóły dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia są zawarte w dokumentach zamówienia.
