OPIS PRZEDMIOTU ZAMÓWIENIA Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług serwisu, Hotline i modyfikacji systemu, zwanych dalej „Usługami” do posiadającego przez Zamawiającego Systemu Elektronicznego Zarządzania Dokumentacją (EZD) zrealizowanego w projekcie „Digitalizacja archiwum miejskiego we Wrocławiu wraz z elektronicznym zdalnym systemem dostępu do dokumentacji” (EZD - system wdrożony i rozbudowany u Zamawiającego na podstawie umowy WOK/3/2013 z dnia 17 stycznia 2013r.) zwanego dalej „Systemem” na warunkach określonych w niniejszej Umowie. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące realizacji Usług w ramach przedmiotu Umowy oraz zakres świadczonych Usług określone zostały w załączniku nr 1 do Umowy. § 2. 1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług serwisu, Hotline i modyfikacji systemu, zwanych dalej „Usługami” do posiadającego przez Zamawiającego Systemu Elektronicznego Zarządzania Dokumentacją (EZD) zrealizowanego w projekcie „Digitalizacja archiwum miejskiego we Wrocławiu wraz z elektronicznym zdalnym systemem dostępu do dokumentacji” (EZD - system wdrożony i rozbudowany u Zamawiającego na podstawie umowy WOK/3/2013 z dnia 17 stycznia 2013r.) zwanego dalej „Systemem” na warunkach określonych w niniejszej Umowie.
