Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie, zainstalowanie i uruchomienie „wystawy otwarcia” na parterze nowej siedziby Muzeum Wojska w Białymstoku oraz przestrzeni obsługi zwiedzających na parterze tego budynku wraz z dostawą i montażem wyposażenia. Przedmiot zamówienia jest podzielony na dwa równoległe zadania: Zadanie I - wykonanie „wystawy otwarcia” z elementami holu (realizowana ze środków INTERREG); Zadanie II - wykonanie przestrzeni obsługi zwiedzających na parterze budynku wraz z dostawą i montażem wyposażenia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w: 1) Dokumentacji projektowej (część opisowa, część graficzna, część rysunkowa) stanowiącej załącznik nr 2a do SWZ (wystawa otwarcia) oraz załącznik 2b do SWZ (przestrzeń parteru dla zwiedzających) ; 2) Projekcie instalacyjnym - STWiOR stanowiącym załącznik nr 3 do SWZ; 3) Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (PPU) wraz z załącznikami stanowiącymi załącznik nr 4 do SWZ; 4) Wytycznych dotyczących montażu, ekspozycji i zabezpieczenia muzealiów, stanowiących załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Zamówienie będzie realizowane w nowej siedzibie Muzeum Wojska w Białymstoku - budynek znajdujący się przy ul. Węglowej 7. Powierzchnia realizacji zamówienia to 308 m2. Zamówienie będzie finansowane z Programu Interreg VI-A Litwa - Polska 2021-2027, (Projekt „FORT-UNION - Polsko-litewska integracja sieci fortyfikacji na rzecz rozwoju flagowych produktów turystycznych”) oraz ze środków budżetowych Miasta Białegostoku.
