Description

1. Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest przygotowanie koncepcji, zaprojektowanie, stworzenie i utrzymanie (nadzorowanie, monitorowanie i serwisowanie) narzędzia informatycznego o nazwie „Barometr Kujawsko-Pomorski”, w ramach Projektu „Proces Przedsiębiorczego Odkrywania na rzecz rozwoju Inteligentnych Specjalizacji regionu”, a służącego do pozyskiwania, gromadzenia i przetwarzania danych, a także ich wizualizacji oraz generowania ogólnodostępnych, gotowych raportów z różnych dziedzin związanych z gospodarką regionu, np. dotyczących bezrobocia, koniunktury, budownictwa, które pozwolą na bieżąco analizować sytuację gospodarczą województwa. 2. Na podstawie art. 95 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający będzie wymagał zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub Podwykonawcę na podstawie stosunku pracy osób wykonujących wskazane przez Zamawiającego czynności w zakresie realizacji zamówienia, jeżeli wykonanie tych czynności polega na wykonywaniu pracy w sposób określony w art. 22 §1 Kodeksu pracy. Rodzaj czynności związanych z realizacją zamówienia oraz sposób weryfikacji zatrudnienia tych osób i uprawnienia Zamawiającego w zakresie kontroli spełniania przez Wykonawcę wymagań związanych z zatrudnieniem tych osób oraz sankcji z tytułu ich niespełnienia zostanie określony w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia i wzorze umowy, po przeprowadzeniu dialogu w trybie dialogu konkurencyjnego. 3. Wykonawca, z którym Zamawiający zawrze umowę o zamówienie publiczne będzie zobowiązany do zawarcia umowy o powierzenie przetwarzania danych osobowych. Wzór umowy o powierzenie przetwarzania danych osobowych będzie stanowił załącznik do Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
