Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „WYKONANIE USŁUGI ODBIORU, TRANSPORTU I UNIESZKODLIWIANIA ODPADÓW MEDYCZNYCH Z „CENTRUM MEDYCZNEGO W ŁAŃCUCIE” SP. Z O. O.” zgodnie z opisem i wymaganiami zawartymi w Załącznikach Nr 2÷2.2 (arkusz excel) do Specyfikacji (w formularzach asortymentowo - cenowych). Wykonawca zabezpieczy Zamawiającemu właściwe warunki magazynowania odpadów medycznych do czasu ich transportu do spalarni odpadów medycznych tj. dostarczenie nieodpłatnie kontenera chłodniczego typu BDF lub równoważnego systemu o pojemności min. 42 m3 na czas trwania przedmiotu umowy. 6WYKONAWCA zobowiązuje się do: - odbierania odpadów z miejsca ich składowania zlokalizowanego w „Centrum Medycznym w Łańcucie” Sp. z o. o. - „Punktu Odbioru”, ich składowania po uprzednim zważeniu w obecności przedstawiciela ZAMAWIAJĄCEGO oraz potwierdzeniu w „karcie przekazania odpadu” wystawionej przez Zamawiającego w elektronicznym systemie BDO. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „WYKONANIE USŁUGI ODBIORU, TRANSPORTU I UNIESZKODLIWIANIA ODPADÓW MEDYCZNYCH Z „CENTRUM MEDYCZNEGO W ŁAŃCUCIE” SP. Z O.
