Description

Przedmiot zamówienia: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa utrzymania w stałej sprawności (ciągłej pracy) urządzeń i oprogramowania działających w ramach systemu ITS w Bielsku-Białej, dostarczonych i uruchomionych w ramach Etapu I, Ia i II budowy systemu (zakończonych odpowiednio w 2018 r., 2020 r. i 2021 r.), zainstalowanych w ciągach komunikacyjnych w granicach administracyjnych Miasta Bielsko-Biała oraz w Centrum Zarządzania Transportem i będących w zarządzaniu Zamawiającego. 1. Zamówienie obejmuje dwa zakresy: A. Utrzymanie w stałej sprawności części programowej, serwerowej oraz backup-u Systemu ITS. W zakres ten wchodzą wszystkie czynności związane z utrzymaniem sprawności Systemu ITS w zakresie poprawnego funkcjonowania urządzeń serwerowych (wraz z zintegrowanymi przełącznikami), macierzy dyskowych, systemu backup, aplikacji systemowych, programów kontrolnych do nadzorowania pracy systemu, obszarowego systemu sterowania ruchem oraz optymalizacji w stopniu umożliwiającym zamawiającemu jego prawidłowe działanie, komponentów transportu zbiorowego, dynamicznej informacji pasażerskiej, dynamicznej informacji dla kierowców, informacji parkingowej, tablic zmiennej treści, monitoringu wizyjnego, infrastruktury transmisji danych oraz innych programów i aplikacji wchodzących w skład Systemu ITS. B. Wymiana, naprawa urządzeń wraz z potrzebnym sprzętem oraz materiałami Wymiana/naprawa urządzeń terenowych oraz urządzeń sieciowych centrum zarządzania będzie każdorazowo realizowana wyłącznie na indywidualne zlecenie Zamawiającego, który określi rodzaj wymiany/naprawy przewidzianej w poszczególnych pozycjach TER - część B. 2. Szczegółowe określenie zakresu przedmiotu zamówienia zawarte jest w Rozdziale III - V Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia.
