Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa obsługa informatyczna Szpitala, obejmująca zapewnienie ciągłego, bezpiecznego i zgodnego z przepisami prawa działania całego środowiska teleinformatycznego Zamawiającego - infrastruktury sprzętowej i programowej oraz wdrożonych systemów dziedzinowych - wraz z ich administrowaniem, wdrażaniem, serwisem, utrzymaniem oraz rozwojem realizowanym w zakresie i na zasadach określonych w niniejszym OPZ. dalszy ciąg zmian umowy 3. Zmiany treści Umowy wymienione w ust. 1 i 2 mogą zostać przez Zamawiającego dopuszczone na podstawie złożonego przez Wykonawcę pisemnego wniosku do Zamawiającego. Wykonawca ma obowiązek złożyć wniosek w terminie 5 dni roboczych od powzięcia informacji o wystąpieniu podstaw zmiany Umowy. 4. Postanowienia ust. 1 nie przyznają żadnej ze stron Umowy roszczenia o zawarcie aneksu do Umowy. 5. W przypadku zmiany Umowy i rezygnacji z części Przedmiotu Zamówienia wynagrodzenie przysługujące Wykonawcy zostanie proporcjonalnie zmniejszone, przy czym Zamawiający dokona płatności za wykonaną część Umowy. 6. Wszelkie zmiany Umowy wymagają formy pisemnej, pod rygorem nieważności. 7. W trakcie trwania Umowy Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do pisemnego powiadamiania Zamawiającego o zmianie siedziby lub nazwy firmy. 8. Żadna ze stron nie może bez zgody drugiej strony w formie pisemnej pod rygorem nieważności przenieść na osobę trzecią wierzytelności, wynikających z niniejszej umowy.
