Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia został zawarty w załącznikach do SWZ - Opisie Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), Formularzu Cenowym oraz Projektowanych Postanowieniach Umowy (wzór umowy z załącznikami). 3. Miejsce wykonania zamówienia: siedziba Zamawiającego Urząd Dozoru Technicznego ul. Szczęśliwicka 34, 02-353 Warszawa. 4. Termin wykonania zamówienia: Umowa będzie świadczona przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Zamawiającego przez okres 36 miesięcy, licząc od dnia jej zawarcia, jednak nie wcześniej niż od dnia 01.01.2027 r. zgodnie z cenami podanymi w formularzu cenowym i w ofercie, stanowiących Załącznik nr 1 do umowy.
