Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia w ramach zamówienia podstawowego jest świadczenie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz BGK Usług na zasadach określonych w Umowie. Świadczenie Usług będzie polegać na: i. świadczeniu Usług Zapewnienia Jakości Systemu, określonych szczegółowo w pkt 4 Umowy; ii. świadczeniu Usług Administracji Systemem, o których mowa w pkt 5 Umowy; iii. jak również realizacji wszystkich innych usług i świadczeń opisanych Umową. Przedmiotem zamówienia w ramach prawa opcji jest wykonywanie Prac Rozwojowych dotyczących Systemu, o których mowa w pkt 6 Umowy oraz objęcie Prac Rozwojowych Usługami Zapewnienia Jakości. W przypadku nieskorzystania przez Zamawiającego ze zlecenia świadczenia Usług Administracji Systemem lub zlecenia wykonania Prac Rozwojowych, w całości lub części, Wykonawcy nie przysługują wobec Zamawiającego żadne roszczenia z tego tytułu. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia w ramach prawa Opcji został zawarty w Projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (Załącznik nr 2). Serwis, utrzymanie i rozwój Systemu Platforma Płatnicza
